Meet Our Care Team

Dr. Weiermiller has been working at Somerset since 2000. She greatly enjoys her work with local women and families, which includes focuses in obstetric management and care, hormone replacement therapies, and various minor/non-invasive surgical offerings at Somerset. Dr. Weiermiller also speaks fluent Polish, which is a wonderful asset when working with our diverse community.

Dr. Foley has been working at Somerset since 2013. As part of the Somerset team, her clinical interests include minimally invasive surgical care to address women’s health, as well as general and high-risk obstetric care.

Dr. Ohm enjoys teaching patients, medical students, and resident physicians alike about the intricacies and importance of women’s reproductive health. In addition to providing general gynecologic care, as well as obstetric care, his clinical interests include management of infertility and treatment of menstrual irregularities.

Dr. Paladino prides herself on being a well-rounded Obstetrician Gynecologist. She has many areas of interest, both medically and surgically, and provides care for pediatric through geriatric age groups. Medically, she takes special interest in anovulatory syndromes and menopausal hormone management. Surgically, she is a skilled minimally-invasive surgeon, both laparoscopically and robotically, including single-site robotic approach. Dr. Paladino is an LGBTQIA-friendly physician, providing transgender men with gynecologic care and gender-affirming hysterectomy at their request. She also provides gynecologic services to transgender females who have undergone gender-affirmation surgery.

Dr. Lefkowitz is a compassionate, board-certified Ob-Gyn with an aim to promote optimal wellness for women by improving quality of life through professional medical counseling, treatments, or surgical procedures. His clinical interests include minimally invasive surgical procedures and care (particularly for the treatment of fibroids, pelvic pain, and ovarian cysts), general and high-risk obstetrics, and contraception management.

Dr. Smet is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist who is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and supporting them through some of life’s most important—and vulnerable—moments. A Wisconsin native, Dr. Smet completed her residency training at University of Michigan Health at Sparrow Hospital. She believes in meeting patients where they are, understanding their values, and working collaboratively to achieve the outcomes that matter most to them. She is continually inspired by the strength of her patients, many of whom are dedicated caregivers for their families and communities. For her, caring for these individuals is both a privilege and an opportunity to create a ripple effect that improves the well-being of entire communities. Outside of work, Dr. Smet enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking, traveling to new places to learn about local cultures, and spending quiet weekends with family to recharge.

Dr. Silver earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan before receiving her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. She completed her internship in Detroit and her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Corewell Health East William Beaumont University Hospital. Dr. Silver provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care with clinical interests in family planning, menopause, obstetric care, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She believes every patient deserves a calm, welcoming environment where they feel comfortable, respected, and truly heard. Through open communication and shared decision-making, Dr. Silver partners with patients to develop individualized care plans that reflect their goals and values. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, biking, and spending time with family and friends

Jessica is a certified esthetician and laser technician with extensive experience in dermatology and medical spas in Michigan since 2018. She specializes in procedures like BBL, IPL, microneedling, laser hair removal, and more. Inspired by her own struggle with severe acne, Jessica's mission is to help others achieve healthy, beautiful skin. She values a personalized approach, ensuring each patient feels confident and comfortable. Passionate about continuous learning, Jessica is excited to expand her knowledge alongside Ob-Gyn providers, enhancing her expertise in the aesthetics field.
