Dr. Paladino prides herself on being a well-rounded Obstetrician Gynecologist. She has many areas of interest, both medically and surgically, and provides care for pediatric through geriatric age groups. Medically, she takes special interest in anovulatory syndromes and menopausal hormone management. Surgically, she is a skilled minimally-invasive surgeon, both laparoscopically and robotically, including single-site robotic approach. Dr. Paladino is an LGBTQIA-friendly physician, providing transgender men with gynecologic care and gender-affirming hysterectomy at their request. She also provides gynecologic services to transgender females who have undergone gender-affirmation surgery.

Dr. Paladino is amazing. I’ve heard horror stories of people going to many doctors who take blood samples and report “normal results” and that symptoms are a normal part of aging. My OBGYN highly recommended Dr. Paladino and I know why he did. She is exactly the opposite! She listened to all of my perimenopausal symptoms and suggested next steps. She took the time to truly listen and followed up often to adjust as needed. She truly gets what it’s like, stops to listen fully, has an excellent bedside manner, is highly effective and makes it easy on the patient. Highly recommend. She’s an expert in her field and I trust her fully. Five star!!

I found Dr. Paige at one of the lower times in my life. My Menopause had taken over my life. She was a literal life saver. Dr Paige provides a proactive treatment plan and treats you like you are chatting with a old friend. She is the best.

I chose Dr. Paladino because I really respect her outspoken support/medical care of the LGBTQ community. As someone with loved ones in that community, it matters.

Dr. Paladino performed my hysterectomy and oophorectomy and it went really smoothly. She takes the time to listen and answer all questions and is super open minded about treatments. Instead of saying “This is just how menopause is,” she offered SOLUTIONS. Priceless.
